We booked the hotel on the day of our arrival as it was an impromptu trip. We got lost getting there but the hotel staff was extremely helpful in giving us directions and guided us directly to their doorstep. Annie - she was polite chirpy and very helpful despite the fact that I had to call her not less then 5 times each time I reached a certain landmark to get further directions.The rooms were clean , the bathroom was clean, the beds comfy. Everything was extremely satisfactory. It is value for money for a 2 star Hotel. There was ample restaurants around. It was so near the Johor-Singapore Causeway (Woodlands) which was the reason we booked it as we wanted to spend the weekend visiting Singapore. I will definitely stay there again.
Nothing really except for the musky moth ball smell upon entrance to the rooms.

Can't beat the price for Johor Bahru.
A bit outta the way but a taxi is only 15 RM to the city center... shopping and restaurants close by makes it worth it.

Nothing that I like on that hotel at all, Is out from no were..! Facilitys for malay food..! In the room bed spread. I thing 2 week once time clean.

Pros: Clean budget hotel with extra towel and pillow. Located within shop area, walking distance to McD, kopitiam and Jusco Permas Jaya.
Cons: Hotel is located at a quiet street with few shop barely open, room is clean but with presence of ants/mosquito (some), need further improvement for insect prevention.
